eolify S.L., hereinafter the RESPONSIBLE, is responsible for the processing of the personal data of the User and informs them that this data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the current legislation on the protection of personal data, the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the 27 April 2016 (GDPR), hereby providing the following information for the treatment:
Purpose of processing:
Maintain a commercial relationship with the User.
The operations planned to carry out the processing are:
• Remission of commercial advertising communications by email, fax, SMS, MMS, social communities, or any other electronic or physical means, present or future, that makes it possible to carry out commercial communications. These communications will be made by the RESPONSIBLE and related to their products and services, or their collaborators or suppliers with whom they have reached a promotion agreement. In this case, third parties will never have access to personal data.

• Carry out statistical studies. Process orders, requests, or any type of request that is made by the User through any of the contact forms that are made available to them.
Data conservation criteria:
The data will be kept while there is a mutual interest to maintain it for the purpose of the processing and when it is no longer necessary for that purpose, it will be erased with adequate security measures in place to guarantee the pseudonymization of the data or its total destruction.
Communication of the data:
The data will not be communicated to third parties, except when legally required to do so.

• Right of access, rectification, portability, and erasure of their data and the restriction or opposition to it being processed.

2. Obligatory or optional nature of the information provided by the user
By marking the corresponding boxes and entering data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the contact form or presented in downloadable forms, users may expressly, freely, and unequivocally accept that their data is necessary by the provider in order to meet their request, with the inclusion of data in the remaining fields being voluntary. The User guarantees that the personal data provided to the RESPONSIBLE is accurate and takes responsibility for communicating any modification of the said data.
The RESPONSIBLE informs and expressly guarantees users that their personal data will not be transferred in any case to third parties and that whenever any type of transfer of personal data is made, the express, informed, and unequivocal consent of the Users will be requested in advance.
All data requested through the website is important, as it is necessary in order to provide an optimal service to the User. In the event that all the data is not provided, it is not guaranteed that the information and services provided will be completely in accordance with the User’s needs.
3. Security measures
In accordance with the provisions in the regulations in force on personal data protection, the RESPONSIBLE complies with all the provisions of the GDPR regulations for the processing of personal data under its responsibility, and clearly adheres to the principles described in article 5 of the GDPR, ensuring the data is processed in a lawfully, fairly and transparent manner in relation to the interested party and adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which it is processed.
The RESPONSIBLE guarantees that they have implemented the appropriate technical and organizational policies to apply the security measures established by the GDPR in order to protect the rights of the Users.
4. Analysis tools and advertising
Google Analytics
This website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics. The provider of this service is Google Ireland Limited (“Google”), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
Google Analytics enables the website operator to analyze the behavior patterns of website visitors. We use “Google reCAPTCHA” (hereinafter referred to as “reCAPTCHA”) on this website. The provider is Google Ireland Limited (“Google”), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
